Management Team
Chris Laibe, President – Chris is a serial entrepreneur and experienced business executive. His passion for improving nurse job satisfaction is driven by the impact of healthcare shortages he witnessed as a citizen of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He founded Schedulist to bring tools to market that will help address this problem. Prior to Schedulist, he founded inFRONT in 2002, a leading provider of workforce management tools to the industrial, healthcare, and government markets. Since then, inFRONT has developed deep customer and partner relationships, securing significant supplier positions at several Fortune 500 clients. In addition, it was research at inFRONT that delivered the intellectual property that is the foundation for Schedulist. Prior to inFRONT, Chris was an executive with E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company in several management roles in the US and Europe.
Phil Morgan, Chief Revenue Officer – Phil is a seasoned executive in the Healthcare Workforce Management market. Prior to joining Schedulist, he was President of a leading scheduling software provider, Allocate Software USA (formerly Manpower Software) and VP of Allocate Software PLC, a publicly traded UK company. Phil was responsible for establishing the US subsidiary in 2003, building sales, implementation and support teams to become a prominent provider in the Maritime, Healthcare, and Defense markets.
Thomas Buschbach, System Architect - Thomas brings deep domain expertise in web application development. Prior to joining Schedulist, he worked for inFRONT for 7 years developing web applications to support the growing customer base. He is credited with designing the system architecture, functionality, and user interface of Schedulist. In addition, he authored the patent on the Schedulist intellectual property. Prior to joining inFRONT, he held several software development positions and has completed a great deal of specialized work internationally for companies like United Airlines, Vodafone, Blanchard, Marketing Sherpa, and IBM.
Anne Bertolino, RN, Customer Support Specialist. Over the past 25 years as a Registered Nurse, Anne has acquired broad experience in bedside nursing and clinical analysis at facilities like Boston City Hospital, Harvard Children’s Hospital, The Faulkner, and South Shore Medical Center. She brings her passion for technology and valuable first hand knowledge of the challenges that nurses face everyday to the job of assisting customers in deploying Schedulist in their facilities. Her unique skill set helps customers achieve higher value from their investment in Schedulist.
